Which legal entity operates the service
National Financial Inclusion Programme is a trading name used by the company that owns and operates this website and the associated client platform.
When you agree to our terms and establish an account, you are entering into a contract with the operating company. Terms of Use Details including the operating company's registered name, legal structure, registration information, and group affiliation are contained in the client agreement provided during account setup, and can be obtained upon request using the methods outlined in the "Requesting documentation" section below.
Because corporate structures, registered particulars and service arrangements can change, we deliberately do not restate them as fixed text on a marketing page. The client agreement and the documentation pack we send you are the authoritative source; where this page and those documents differ, the documents prevail.
Group companies and service providers
Certain functions - technology hosting, payment processing, market data, customer identification tools - are carried out by specialist third-party providers under written agreements. The categories of provider we use, and the way your personal data is handled by them, are described in our Privacy Policy. We do not publish provider names on this page.
The regulatory framework we work within
This section outlines the nature of obligations applicable to the service rather than identifying regulatory bodies or citing legislative references, which are contained in binding legal documentation.
- 01
Client identification
Every account is verified before funding, trading or withdrawal, in line with the KYC and AML controls described on our KYC & AML page.
- 02
Financial-crime prevention
Sanctions and risk screening, ongoing transaction monitoring, internal escalation procedures and record retention for the periods required by applicable law.
- 03
Handling of client money
Client balances are recorded separately from the operating funds of the business, and payouts are returned to a verified instrument in the client's own name.
- 04
Fair and clear communication
Costs, spreads and any applicable fees are published in your account and on our pricing page. We do not promise specific returns, and all promotional material carries a risk warning.
- 05
Data protection
Personal data is processed on a defined lawful basis, retained only as long as necessary, and protected by access controls and encryption in transit and at rest.
- 06
Complaints handling
A documented complaint resolution process that includes acknowledgement of receipt, thorough examination, and a substantive response provided within the period specified at the time your complaint is registered.
If a jurisdiction has more stringent local rules than those stated above, clients residing in that jurisdiction are subject to the more stringent standard.
Jurisdictions served and excluded
The service is made available only in jurisdictions where we are authorised to provide it. At the time of account registration, eligibility is determined based on your location, and this may be subject to change.
Where the service is offered
Accounts may be opened by residents of the countries listed as eligible in the registration flow of your account. If your country appears in that list and you pass verification, you can proceed. If it does not appear, the service is not available to you.
Where the service is not offered
- Nations and regions that fall under current international sanctions programmes or trade embargoes.
- Territories requiring a local licence to provide this service category to individual clients, which we do not currently possess.
- Jurisdictions identified as high risk for financial crime under applicable rules.
- Any region we have determined to restrict based on our own compliance and risk assessment procedures.
No solicitation
No content contained herein is intended for, or may be lawfully distributed to or accessed by, persons in any jurisdiction where doing so would breach applicable laws. Merely accessing this website from a restricted territory does not grant permission to utilise the service. Should you relocate to a restricted territory while maintaining an active account, you must notify us immediately - your account access may be suspended, terminated, or your funds returned.
What National Financial Inclusion Programme is not

How to request corporate and compliance documents
Clients, prospective clients and professional counterparties may request our corporate and compliance documentation. We provide it on request rather than publishing it openly.
What can be requested
- Confirmation of the operating entity and its corporate particulars.
- The current client agreement and the schedule of costs applicable to your account.
- An overview of our anti-money laundering and identity verification procedures.
- The procedure for lodging complaints and the path for further escalation.
- Privacy and personal data handling information relevant to you as an individual.
How to make the request
- 01
Write to us
Use the contact route on our contact page. Enter "Regulatory documentation request" in the subject field.
- 02
Identify yourself
State whether you are an existing client (and give the email address on the account) or a prospective client, and which documents you need.
- 03
Receive the pack
Requests are answered within the timeframe stated when your request is acknowledged. Some documents may be provided in extract form where they contain confidential internal detail.
Regulatory materials are transmitted to the confirmed contact address registered on your account. Account-related materials cannot be forwarded to another party without your explicit written permission.
Regulatory and compliance questions
Questions about our regulatory position, our compliance procedures, or a concern you would like escalated should go to the compliance route rather than to general support.
How do I raise a compliance question?
Send it through the contact page and designate it "Compliance". If you maintain an existing account, supply its registered email, and briefly summarise your inquiry in one or two sentences.
How do I make a formal complaint?
Use the same route and mark the message "Complaint". You will receive an acknowledgement, a reference and an indication of the timeframe for a substantive reply. If the outcome does not resolve the matter, the reply will explain the further escalation options available to you.
How do I report suspicious activity or misuse of our brand?
Submit your report through the abuse reporting function. Reports of National Financial Inclusion Programme identity theft through communications, promotional content, or fraudulent replicas should be submitted there so appropriate action can be taken.
Are institutional or press enquiries handled here?
Yes - send them through the contact page with a clear subject line and they will be routed to the right team.
